History
Probably C18 or early C19 field cowhouse.
Exterior
Field cowhouse of coursed boulder construction, now with roof of profiled metal sheeting. Built into the hillside and aligned roughly N-S with the remains of an attached enclosure to E. The doorway is in the S gable, with small ventilation slit in the apex; pitching hole in opposite gable.
Interior
The interior could not be inspected at the time of the survey.
Reason for designation
Included as a good C18 or early C19 field cowhouse, with good stonework and traditional character.
