The list description is not intended to be a complete inventory of what is listed: it is principally intended to aid identification. By law, the definition of a listed building includes the entire building (i) and any structure or object that is fixed to the said building and ancillary to it and (ii) any other structure or object that forms part of the land and has done so since before 1 July 1948, and was within the curtilage of the building, and ancillary to it, on the date on which said building was first included in the list, or on 1 January 1969, whichever was later.

Situated on terrace on E side of village street above drive to Eryl.
History
Single storey cottage, probably earlier C19 with some earth walling exposed in one gable end, possibly an earth-wall cottage reclad or rebuilt in stone.
Exterior
Cottage, single-storey, whitewashed rubble stone to front, with slate roof and small C20 left end stack. Double-fronted facade offset to left has 4-pane sash each side of door in added rendered lean-to enclosed porch with board door. Two small loft lights in roof. Right end wall has had C20 addition removed exposing mud walling in gable. Rubble stone left end wall with yellow brick at corners. Outshut rear.
Interior
Not inspected at time of survey.
Reason for designation
Included as good example of vernacular single-storey cottage with some clom used in construction.
