Nos.33 & 35 New Market Street
Pair of houses with late Georgian frontages, attached at each side and unlike most of the range, opening directly onto street. Rendered and painted, with slate roofs, artificial to number 33, incorporating rooflights; centre and end right brick cross-ridge stacks. Two storeys and attic. Two-window range to each house: 12-pane sashes to first floor in raised surrounds, moulded to number 35. Ground floor has a tripartite window to each house and doorway at side with similar raised surround, set back 6-panelled doors and divided overlights. Quoin-strip at left separating the houses; plinth with ventilation grilles.
