History
Mid C19 house opposite former drive to Hafod, not marked on 1847 Tithe map.
Exterior
House, painted roughcast and stucco with slate roof and stone end stacks. Two-storey, three-window front offset to left. Twelve-pane hornless sash windows with painted slate sills and thin stucco eared surrounds. Centre door with simple timber door surround, apparently replaced in late C20.
Whitewashed rubble right end wall, outshut rear.

Reason for designation
Included as a mid C19 house in late Georgian style retaining traditional character, of group value with Hafod Lodge and gates opposite.
