Listed as one of a group of five houses that form an exceptionally well preserved terrace, retaining virtually all its original detail.
Group Description
1-5 Ffordd Cwt Glas Terrace
Linear range of 5 two-storey terrace houses. Built of mortared rubble masonry with large stones as quoins and lintels. Slate roof, each house has a broad rectangular stack with dripstones and capping to the L (N) end. The windows are slightly recessed 6-pane horned sash windows with slate sills, the ground floor windows to the rear are smaller. The principal range faces away from the road, overlooking the gardens to W, with mirrored pairs along the range, each house is a 2-window range with boarded door under a slate roofed porch canopy; to rear is a single ground and first floor window offset to S.
