History
C18 substantial barn. Marked on Tithe map of 1838.
Exterior
Barn range in rubble stone with corrugated asbestos roof, running downhill with high N gable end. S end wall has two loops and square loft door with timber lintel. The sides had upper open bays between square piers, mostly infilled. The N end has put-log holes and a loft opening.
E side has two loops in infill to left, two full height openings with tall stone pier between, the right one part infilled, and an opening with timber lintel to right. Altered range at right angles to NW with brick S front.
Reason for designation
Included for its special interest as a large stone outbuilding, of group value with the long range to S.
