History
A C19 well chamber with a date stone, probably re-used from another building, of 1843.
Exterior
A coursed freestone well with coped gable, at the apex of which is a stone dated 1843. A round-headed arch is built over the recessed basin, into which spring water flowed through a pipe.
Reason for designation
Listed for its contribution to the historical integrity of the house and farm buildings.
