Reason for designation
Included for its special architectural interest as an early C19 terrace and as a part of the important group of historic buildings in the suburb of Overmonnow.  

Group Description
Nos. 24-30 (even) Drybridge Street Roughcast render and painted elevation with plinth and Welsh slate roof. Double depth plan. Two storeys, five windows to whole, No. 26 has two. The ground floor has four doors, four windows and a central archway arranged D : W : W : D : A : D : W : W : D. Six-panel doors with flush panels and steps up. Elliptical arch with keystone and impost blocks to rear and to Drybridge Terrace (qv) . All windows are 6 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills. Moderately pitched roof with large stacks in party walls between Nos. 24 & 26 and 28 & 30. Rear elevations altered, but only partly seen.
