Early C19 with late C19 or early C20 shopfront.  

Exterior
Rendered and painted brick front, the roof is hidden from the street. Double depth plan. Three storeys, three windows. The shopfront is a plain timber one with the entry on the left with a panelled door. Three-light display window with slim timber mullions. Panelled pilasters on either side, plain fascia. The windows on the floors above are 6 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills, the central one on the second floor is blind. Cornice, coped parapet. Rear elevation not seen.
