History
Early C19 with a late C20 shopfront.  

Exterior
Painted brick front, roof not visible from the street. Double depth plan. Three storeys, two windows. The ground floor is wholly shopfront with plate glass display windows and a central part-glazed door. The windows above are 6 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills, band between floors. Cogged parapet band, stone coping. Rear elevation not seen.

Reason for designation
Included for its special architectural interest as an early C19 building and as part of a varied group of historic buildings in the Monmouth town centre.
