Included for its special architectural interest as a small early C19 terrace and as a part of the important group of historic buildings in the suburb of Overmonnow.
Group Description
Nos. 37-41 (odd) Drybridge Street
Roughcast rendered and painted fronts with Welsh slate roofs with red brick stacks; three pilaster bands on The Britannia Inn. Broken fronted terrace, with one canted (No. 37), one L-shaped (The Britannia Inn) and one plain (No. 41). Two storeys, six windows in all. All windows are double hung sashes with 6 over 6 glazing bars except for the upper three on the left which are 3 over 6 panes. Various doors. Plain low pitch roofs with four stacks. Rear elevation not seen.
