Location
Situated in meadowland and carrying the former access road to Rhysnant Hall (now demolished) from the main A483 road.
History
Dating from the original period of canal building 1794-7.
Exterior
Cemented red brick with chamfered archring on towpath side. Single elliptical arch carrying humped brick roadway. Ramped and outward curving abutments ending in brick piers, chamfered stone cappings. Putlog holes to far soffit of arch.
Reason for designation
Good, well-preserved example of typical late C18 canal bridge.f
