History
Great barn of 1761 remodelled as coach-house in C19 and later converted to domestic use.
Exterior
Painted brick with quoins. Hipped slate roof with central octagonal cupola with weather vane. Central gabled entrance bay has clock near apex. Broad segmentally-arched recess encloses ogee-arched entrance doorway, (quatrefoil window above was once entrance to dovecote); doorway flanked by ogee windows with Y-tracery. Walls to each side of entrance bay have metal diapered windows (brought from former Llanfyllin National School built circa 1843); to R of entrance two rectangular windows and group consisting of three tall windows (central window taller). To L of entrance two rectangular windows.
