Set back on the S side of the road approximately 2.9km SW of Bronington village.
History
A probabaly late C18 farmhouse shown on the 1839 Tithe map.
Exterior
A 2½-storey 3-window farmhouse of brick with slate roof and brick stacks to the L of centre and R end. The entrance to the L of centre has a panel door under a segmental head. Windows are 2-light casements, under segmental heads in the lower storey and beneath the eaves in the upper storey. The L gable end has a 2-light attic window similar to the front. Behind is an added lower wing.
On the R side of the front is an attached garden wall at right angles, attached at the other end to a farm building. It has a boarded door.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special architectural interest as an early C19 farmhouse retaining definite early character.
