Exterior
No.5 has, on first floor, two 12-pane sash windows, and similar window to R on ground floor. Doorway to L; round-arched doorcase with pediment; overlight with radial glazing: Mid C20 half-glazed door. To L, another doorway without doorcase; 6-panelled door.

One of six well-preserved early C19 houses retaining overall late Georgian character. Group Value both with rest of group and with other listed buildings in The Watton.
