Nos.75-80 (consec) The Watton
Three-storey row of six houses. Each with front of one window and door; doorway to No.80 in side elevation in John Street. Pebbledashed fronts, some painted. Bands at second and first floor sill levels; plinth. Slate hipped roof, brick stacks to ridge. Windows with stuccoed architraves. Two-light casements with margin lights on second floor; French casements with margin lights with contemporary iron balconies on first floor. On ground floor, 6-pane sash windows. Plain wood doorcases with wooden pilasters and bracketed cornices. Overlights to Nos.75, 76, 78 and 80 with rectilinear tracery. Four-panelled doors.
