History
Early-to-mid C19 house.
Exterior
Three-storey, two-window house. Scribed stucco, plinth, pilaster bands to ends. On top floor, 6-pane casement windows set at eaves; on first floor, sash windows with 3 panes over 6; on ground floor, 12-pane sash windows. Central dorway has doorcase with cornice on brackets, overlight; modern panelled door.
Reason for designation
House with well-preserved late-Georgian character. Group value with adjacent listed houses in The Struet.
