Group Description
Nos. 17-21 (odd) Castle Street
Roughcast rendered and painted with natural slate roofs, ridge tiles and red brick stacks. Double depth plan with entries on the right, except No. 19. Three storeys and basement, narrow single bay width. Ground floor has 8 over 8 pane sash window with a slightly cambered head. Six-panel door, but No. 21 has an overlight. The basement has a small, mostly concealed, window. The first floor window is as before with a 4 over 8 pane sash to the second floor. Plain roof with gable ridge stack, shared to Nos. 19 and 21.
