Dated 1919, and similar in style to Giles Gilbert Scott's Hanmer war memorial, also of 1919.  

Exterior
A war memorial in the style of a medieval churchyard cross, of reconstituted stone on a stepped plinth. The square base has a small date plaque on the S side, and metal memorial plaque on the E with raised letters. The tapering octagonal shaft has broach stops to the base, and is crowned by a sculpted Crucifixion below a gabled canopy.

Listed for its social-historical interest and as a fine war memorial contributing to the historical integrity of the parish church.
