Set in the slope at the far end of the farmyard to north-east of Cabalva Farmhouse. Cabalva Farm is approximately 3km north-east of Clyro.

C19 rubble-built barn with corrugated roof (formerly stone slate). Twin threshing bays with camber-headed barn door openings, now with modern doors; blocked slit ventilators. Extension to rear. At right angles projecting forward to the right is a long, low, open-fronted cowhouse. Standard C19 king-post roof trusses to 10-bay interior.
