Exterior
Detached T-plan building of circa 1700 with cross wing to right. 2 storey roughcast gable with a pair of massive chimney breasts with tall brick stems on lateral wall facing up Broad Street. Slate roof, bargeboards, projecting eaves.
Modern 3-light windows, boarded door under pitched hood on cusped brackets.
Slate and roughcast range to left of front gable.
Much of the original plan form appears to survive internally. The main entrance is into the 2 room cross wing with lateral chimney stacks; the kitchen with gable fireplace and oven lies along the street. Narrow chamfered beams etc.
