One L-plan building with a mid-C19 2-storey whitewashed brick front, slate roof with centre stack. 3 windows wide, 4-pane sashes under segmental heads to 1st floor, two ground floor splayed bays and glazed doors. Entry to left with timber lintel and upright on left with braces in brickwork, rubble walling to alley and rear elevations.
