History
Earlier C19 wrought iron railings on dwarf wall with iron gate, similar to those on Picton Terrace of same period.
Exterior
Brick dwarf wall with stone coping bearing wrought iron railings with spiked and scrolled finials rising alternatively above middle and top horizontal bars. Stanchions with urn finials. Gate in matching style.
Reason for designation
Included as a good example of traditional C19 local ironwork and for group value with house.
