History
Early to mid C19 small barn with water-wheel behind. Probably marked on 1840 Tithe Map.
Exterior
Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and single door, to left of centre, with stone voussoirs. Vent loop to right. N end has planked stable door with strap hinges, stone voussoirs. Rear outshut with N end similar planked stable door with stone voussoirs, one small rear window. At rear SE angle is wheelpit with large iron water-wheel, made by S.F. Kelly, Bridgend Foundry, Cardigan. S end of outshut is set back from main S end wall, and has timber-lintel cart-entry. One window in main rear wall, in angle to outshut.

Five-bay roof with bolted collar trusses
