Forming part of a terrace of three, set back to the L of the colonnaded row.
Exterior
Narrow 3-storey, single-bay shop and house; C19 with possible earlier origins and a late-Victorian facade. Of rendered brick with slate roof. Plain modern shopfront with entrance to the L. Plain 4-pane C19 sashes to first and second floors with segmentally-arched heads and plain projecting sills.
Interior
The interior was not inspected at the time of survey.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special interest as forming part of a C19 terrace of shops retaining good external character in the centre of the town.
