Situated in stepped terraced row, towards lower end of street.
Exterior
House in exposed rubble stone (formerly stuccod), with slate roof and rendered end stacks. Bracketed flat eaves. Two-storey three-window range of 12-pane sashes with slate sills and red brick cambered heads, centre six-panel door with four fielded panels, plain overlight in timber columned porch with open pediment. Columns are attached, with simple bases and caps, and neck rings, crudely classical.
Reason for designation
Listed apart from loss of stucco, little altered, in typical late Georgian style, with original windows, door and doorcase. Not marked on 1847 Tithe Map.
