History
Mid C19.  

Exterior
Terraced house in unpainted roughcast and painted stucco with slate roof and flat eaves, brick right hand stack. Two-storey three-window range of plate glass sashes with stained glass inserts, mid C20, and centre arched doorway with matching fanlight. Stucco surrounds and keystones, angle strips and sill bands.  

Interior
Typical dog-leg stair and hall plaster ceiling border with acanthus corner motifs. Arched recess on rear wall of N end room, cupboards flanking fireplace in S end room. Window shutters.  

Reason for designation
Despite loss of original windows listed as a good surviving house of c1850 with interior detail typical of New Quay terraced houses. Named after the schooner 'Loyalty'. Group value.
