Location
Set in its own grounds on the northern boundary of the Community Council area. Reached from the by-road to Pen-y-Banc approximately 0.6 km N of the junction with A40.
History
Late Georgian; ca 1800.
Exterior
2-storey roughcast rubble front with hipped slate roof and rendered chimney stacks; coved eaves cornice.
3-window main block with small-pane sash windows, 20-pane to ground floor.
Central round arched entrance with panelled reveals and fanlight to recessed panelled door. Similar 3-window return elevation with verandah carried on cast-iron columns.
Connecting range and mid C19 wing with deep eaves, ornate bargeboards and further small-pane fenestration.
Reason for designation
Group value with the Stable Block.
