Situated immediately left of Foley House, on street line.
History
Terraced building, former council office, early to mid C19. Probably built as a service wing to Foley House, to which it is attached.
Exterior
Terraced house, rendered, with imitation slate close-eaved roof and right end stack. Two and a half storeys. Centre shallow gable with plain C20 verge boards over attic square 6-pane horned sash window, two first floor large 9-pane horned sash windows and ground floor centre similar 9-pane sash. Doorway to right altered c1971, with C20 door set in shallow porch of plain rendered piers and flat roof.

Reason for designation
Included for its special interest as a late Georgian building associated with Foley House.
