History
One of a pair of mid C19 or earlier houses, paired with No 13. Building of slightly different plan shown on this site on 1844 tithe map.  

Exterior
Terraced house, a mirrored pair with No 13. Colourwashed stucco cladding lined as ashlar, slate roof with painted timber dentil cornice and shared brick end stack to left. Two storey, 2-window range. C20 roof light to right. Two upper-storey windows are 12-pane sashes in moulded architraves, with similar window to ground floor left in plain opening under straight cornice on console brackets. Door to right has 6 panels in 2 tiers of 3, under lozenge-patterned overlight. Shared doorcase with No 13, raised moulded surround with cornice on large console brackets. Original rosette motif on frieze survives on No 13. Raised plinth. Attached C19 iron railings have uprights with twisted filials and curvilinear motifs; gate missing. Similar to railings of No 41 High Street.
