Location
Situated on the street line between the cottage occupied by St John's Fishguard Nursing Division and No 25.
History
Early to mid C19 house, altered. Building shown on this site on 1844 tithe map and Kensington Estate map of 1808.
Exterior
House, stone rubble, with imitation slate roof and modern red brick end stacks. Two-storey 3-window range with 12-pane sash windows with brick heads in upper and lower floors. Loft light in left end gable. Probably originally with a centre door, but doorway now in small 2-storey single-bay section at left end, with red brick left stack, 12-pane sash window over broad doorway with brick head and C20 door with 10-pane glazed section to left.
Reason for designation
Included as a late Georgian style facade of group value with the cottage to the left.
