Location
The third house in terrace of five on right side of Goat Street after turning southward towards Saint Non's.
Exterior
Earlier C19 house, the least altered of the row. Colourwashed rubble stone with grouted slate roof, rendered N stack and rebuilt S stack. Two-storey 3-window range, the upper windows 4-pane sashes under eaves, lower windows larger 4-pane sashes with painted brick heads. Centre doorway with similar head and half-glazed door.
Reason for designation
Marked on 1840 Tithe Map. This part of Goat Street was known as Priskilly Terrace, named after a property of the Harries family who owned Nos 47-63 in 1840.
