Location
Situated on the eastern side of the village, about 60m NE of The Old Manse, facing road to Tydraw.
History
Late C18 or early C19. Marked on 1840 Title Map as owned by William Davies, occupied by Elizabeth Arnold.
Exterior
Small farmhouse in colourwashed rubble stone with grouted slate roof and rendered end stacks. One storey and attic with two gabled dormers with 4-pane sashes, C20 gabled porch and two ground floor small 4-pane sashes, not aligned with dormers. Range of low outbuildings attached to south: the first with grouted roof door window and door, the next with corrugated iron roof and one door, then short section of corrugated iron infill before last small outbuilding, stone with corrugaated iron roof.
Reason for designation
A good example of a small traditional farmhouse.
