Location
Situated just W of The Vicarage, on right-angled bend of lane from village to Nevern Castle.
Exterior
Early C19 single-storey cottage in coursed blue lias stone with slate roof and whitewashed end stacks, larger to left. Offset front of two 4-pane sashes and door between, stone voussoirs and slate sills. Loft window in whitewashed E end wall, added lean-to on W end. Whitewashed windowless rear.
Big timber-lintel W end fireplace.
Reason for designation
A good example of traditional single storey cottage of regional type.
