Circa 1848-50 house, painted roughcast with imitation slate roof hipped to S. Two-storey three-window range of 16-pane sashes in thin stucco surrounds with centre door with overlight in moulded architrave. Ground-floor left window has been replaced by plate glass fixed light. Blank S wall. [Old photographs show tall S end stack.]
