Situated about 1km S of Bridell Church, approached by track from Treleddyn Isaf.
History
Marked on 1838 Tithe map as owned and occupied by John Devonald.
Exterior
Late C18 or early C19 small farmhouse in whitewashed rubble stone with asbestos sheet roof and stone end stacks. Two-storey three-window front off-set to right, with 12-pane hornless sashes and half-glazed door. Upper windows have timber lintels, lower openings have cambered heads and stone voussoirs. A slate shelf project from wall between door head and window above. Slate sills. Outshut rear.
Reason for designation
Good example of a little-altered traditional farmhouse.
