Situated some 200m S of Croesyllan crossroads, on W side of lane.
Exterior
Early C19 farmhouse in whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and stone and stacks, larger stack to right. Two storeys, double-fronted with 12-pane hornless sashes, and centre ledged door. Recessed painted cut stone voussoirs with keystones and arch rings. Slate sills. Outshut rear.
Reason for designation
Included as good example of traditional farmhouse which has retained its character. Marked on 1840 Tithe Map as owned by Thomas Lloyd of Coedmore, occupied by Thomas Griffiths.
