Forms part of the planned farmyard, probably built c1840. Low 2 storeyed building, its original purpose is not known. Stone gable and N walls, coped gables with moulded kneelers and slate roof. S wall may have been open originally, but has wide slatted timber section to left with small central doorway set in, and brick section to right between slatted openings on two levels, and doorway to right.
Reason for designation
Included for group value as part of the important planned farmstead at Rhydorddwy Fawr.
