Location
Prominently sited on the A5 close to its junction with the Ruthin road, NW of Corwen.
History
Built c1820-30, and possibly at one time used as an inn.
Exterior
Render over stone with slate roof with end wall stacks. 2 storeys, 3-window range with central entrance. Panelled door with lozenge-glazed overlight, in slim canopy porch with modillion cornice. Windows throughout are 16-pane sashes with flat arched painted stone heads. Interior retains the original staircase with slim balusters, turned newels and swept rail.
Reason for designation
A well-detailed small house of 1820-30 which retains much of its original character.
