Set into slope immediately opposite the farmhouse and within its forecourt. The farm lies approximately 1km uphill from Cwmyoy Church on the eastern slopes of the Vale of Ewyas; reached via a track from Penywern Farm.
History
Probably C19 stables associated with the sub-medieval farmhouse.
Exterior
Tall, two storey, rubble stables with surprisingly flat-pitched corrugated sheet metal roof. The openings to the south west front facing the farmhouse are stepped down and have timber lintels; mullioned and shuttered windows. Door in upper gable end for hayloft; plain rear wall.
Interior
Interior not inspected at resurvey (May 1997).

Included for group value with Ty-Hwnt-y-Bwlch Farmhouse and Barn.
