History
Probably contemporary with the 1830 remodelling of Pen-y-Lan Hall.
Exterior
Tudor-Gothic Revival castellated pointed arch gateway of stuccoed brick. Flanked by two symmetrically placed castellated octagonal turrets. Two flanking sections of castellated garden walling, brick and stuccoed.
Reason for designation
Listed for group value with Pen-y-Lan Hall and associated L-shaped Stables.
