The wainhouse stands on the edge of the farm buildings and is separated from the others to W by the lane.
Exterior
Dated C19 wainhouse of coursed stone, with corrugated iron roof. Front end facing W has a pair of elliptical arches & datestone over reading '18-4', said to be '1824' (but style of datestone & lettering looks later).
Interior
Roof, 3 bays kingpost trusses.
Reason for designation
A handsome 19th-century farm building situated prominently facing the lane. Included for group value with Lower Maestorglwydd Farmhouse and associated listed items.
