The building forms the N side of the large farmyard, with an open driftway at the NE end.

History
Probably early C19.
Exterior
Whitewashed stone with a slate (t_ brat or 'poor man's' slating) roof, hipped to the barn at the W end, and hipped at the E end. Central cartway with three doors at either side, and larger openings to storage loft above. Timber lintels. On the N (rear) side, nine similar large 2-light wooden-framed openings, now partly obscured by a continuous lean-to structure containing stalling, 6 bays divided by brick piers, and corrugated iron roof.
Reason for designation
Included as part of the unusually substantial group of farm buildings at Tregunter Farm.
