The building forms the E side of the large farmyard at Tregunter Farm.

Said to have been built c1766-7, according to Haslam. Whitewashed rubble stone with hipped slate roof. Lean-to attached and set back at N end. W elevation to farmyard is symmetrical, comprising 5 cart openings with segmental arches. Above centre a 4-light ovolo moulded window, presumably reused. At each end a door to the loft, that on the S end retaining external stone steps.
Reason for designation
Included as an important element of the unusually substantial group of farm buildings at Tregunter Farm.
