Towards the junction with Church Terrace on the E side of the village.
Exterior
A late example of timber framed construction - possibly late C18 or early C19. Box framed in square panels with tension brace at angle, painted brick nogging and slate roof. Single unit plan, one and a half-storeys. Baffle entry against gable end stack. Plank doorway and 2-light casement window with transom. Small gabled dormer within the roof.
Reason for designation
Important as an example of a very small vernacular cottage, a building type which has become rare.
