Situated on N side of Ship Street, attached to E of No 2 Corner House.
History
Mid C19 pair of village houses, now one, not marked on 1845 Tithe Map. In early C20 Isaac Morgan, tailor lived in one half and the Neuadd Fawr gamekeeper in the other. Ship St belonged to Cawdor estate, later sold to Campbell-Davys of Neuadd Fawr.
Exterior
Pebbledashed rubble stone with slate roof, and stone end stacks. Two-storey, three-window range. Three first floor 12-pane sashes, outer ones aligned with 12-pane sashes below, but ground floor centre has 12-pane sash and half-glazed door (window possibly replacing a second door).
