Location
Situated in the centre of Hyssington, and adjoining a house to the left. Set back from a farm road by a low wall.
Exterior
Late C18 2-unit, double fronted, 2-storey house in random rubble with traces of limewash. Slate roof, with 2 end stacks in brick. In the upper storey 3 iron-framed windows under brick lintels: casements to left and right, with a narrower fixed light in the centre. In the lower storey iron-framed casements under segmental heads flanking the doorway. Doorway under a segmental head, and reached by 3 concrete steps. Ledged and battened door.
Interior
Not accessible at time of inspection (Feb-March 1996).
Reason for designation
Listed as an unusually well-preserved example of a small house of the late C18.
