Mid C20 telephone call box to standard K6 design of Sir Giles Gilbert Scott introduced 1936. This one with George VI crown, and made by Carron Company, Stirlingshire.
Exterior
Red painted cast-iron kiosk with shallow domed roof and four lunettes with royal crown, over four transparent illuminated panels and ventilation slits. Horizontal glazing to sides and door, with marginal vertical bars. Raised surrounds and moulded plinth.
Reason for designation
Prominently placed by the river side, included for group value with Pont Aberarth and nearby listed buildings.
