Situated just SW of Dolwerdd, facing E over front yard.
History
Altered outbuilding to Dolwerdd. Possibly originally C17. Roof replaced in later C19.
Exterior
Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof, and N end stack, obscured by ivy. One storey and loft, with loft square boarded window to left of centre. Ground floor has window, door and window with timber lintels, ledged door. Loft door with timber lintel in S end wall.
Interior
Beam for former wicker fireplace-hood at N end and two oak floor beams. Floor removed. Roof has plain C19 collar trusses.
Reason for designation
Listed as a traditional outbuilding, included mainly for group value with Dolwerdd.
