History
Probably early C19 milestone, one of a series of primitive stones inscribed with initial letters on the Caernarfon to Aberdaron road.  

Exterior
Milestone, rough stone with curved top, set into drystone retaining wall at pavement height. Approximately 80cm high and 40cm wide with inscription - C 21 N 1 A 12 being the distances to Caernarfon, Nefyn and Aberdaron.
